We met exceptionally helpful and extremely helpful employees.

They gave us a twin room with a beautiful view as well as a large bathtub. The location was brilliant, really close to Michelin steakhouse and restaurants and the Grand Hyatt. We dined out at Jamae Guksu, set not too far 

Great and brilliant location for visiting casinos and restaurants.

Beds were too soft.

Great and brilliant location in a street market made it easy to get to key attractions. We went to Hokkaido, located easy walk to the hotel, to have some dinner.

The room was neat and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. We had a private bathroom. It was in a magnificent and brilliant location with Shilla Duty Free nearby

The hotel had a brilliant position, clean in a restaurant. Moreover, it's short walk to South Korea for the past four years, Tower 2 and Michelin steakhouse.

It's truly exceptional brand-new hotel with fabulously helpful staff. Very good sized rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The view of the mountains is magnificent.

The location was central, right by the Grand Hyatt and the city centre and a restaurant. All the staff members were friendly.

Appreciated central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room. It was based in beautiful building in a magnificent location, very near to airport. Every member of the staff was brilliantly helpful.

It is a luxury hotel with neat rooms and great views of the Jeju sea. All the staff members are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent, includes a lot of meals. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

It was a memorable stay on a business trip. The staff were amicable, and the king room we booked was spotless. The location was marvellous for walking around Shilla Duty Free.

Some people working there were bad.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with a great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are well-designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.
